  • What is 'Check-In Online'?

Due to the dynamic nature of Pet Urgent Care we provide you the ability to select your arrival time slots to reduce our clients' frustrations of waiting to be seen (just like in all human urgent care clinics).

We are a slot reservation and walk-in clinic but please call to let us know you are on your way if there is not a reservation made to ensure you can be seen.

If you see that there are no arrival times left available, wait time may apply.

  • Are you open at night or on weekends?

We offer extended hours and weekend availability!  We are open on Saturdays!  We are open on Sundays!

Please check your location's page for that hospital's hours of operation.

  • What time should I arrive so my pet can be seen?

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before close.

In most cases, the earlier in the day the better so that we can address your pet's issues.

We are a slot reservation and walk-in clinic but please call to let us know you are on your way if there is not a reservation made to ensure you can be seen.

  • How long are your wait times?

Due to quality of care we provide and the nature of being a walk-in urgent care vet clinic, our wait times can be unpredictable.

If you'd like to reserve your spot, give us a call or use our online booking tool.

This will help you avoid any potential wait times.

  • When should I take my pet to an emergency animal hospital?
