I brought my lab in yesterday after he had eaten some grapes off the floor and the team there provided us great care. After spending nearly half the day there, my dog left happy and healthy. The veterinarian even went over the charges before administering any of them giving me the option to decline any if I wanted to. I appreciated their care for my dog and understanding the financial burden for the owner. Would highly recommend!
We were directed there this evening by our normal vet and they were absolutely wonderful. They got us in and out efficiently, were kind and took great care of my cat, and their prices were incredibly reasonable. Really grateful for them today!

Last Thursday my German Shorthaired Pointer decided eating a pile of rat poison was a good idea. Being from out of town, I was panicked and had no idea where to go. I was given this clinic’s name and when I called, the ladies who answered were calm, cool, and collected — exactly what I needed in that moment. They took amazing care of my girl and guided me through everything. Thanks to their quick response and kindness, we’re home now and she’s doing great! I can’t thank them enough for their compassion and professionalism. Highly recommend!
Even though our Rocky passed away, the staff at the urgent care were extremely empathetic and kind. They even went so far to get a 2nd opinion from Auburn. We felt like family there.
I had to send my cat of 18 years over the rainbow bridge on a day my regular vet was closed. From my 1st call to them asking if they did last minute euthanasia they were kind and caring. They said they had a bit of a wait if I wanted to try to be seen somewhere else, but the way they treated us meant everything to me and I didn't want anyone else to handle what i had to do. They let me and my girl cuddle in our truck until it was her turn to be seen. Thank you for your kindness to myself and my Hazzard.
Everyone at this office was extremely nice, helpful, and caring. My daughter insisted on going with me and they even printed her out pictures to color while we waited. The wait was long but was expected since it is a pet urgent care and was on a Sunday so they have limited staff. The pricing was also reasonable being that it was an emergency and a weekend visit and they even offer a military discount. I would highly recommend this office to anyone needing to bring their pet in to be seen!
I had an emergency with my cat Betty on a Sunday and I was able to get her treated and seen with no issues at all. Everyone was so kind and they even followed up with me afterwards to make sure she was doing better. Prices are very fair for urgent care services. I could tell the whole team works very hard to take care of our pets and I couldn't be more pleased with our experience.
I brought my dog here after he got into some ibuprofen. The staff took quick action, gave thorough explanation and recommendation for his condition, were professional, and so kind. I couldn’t recommend this place more. Amazing staff and great prices.
We are beyond grateful to Pet Urgent Care of Enterprise. Our Senior dog collapsed 2 weeks ago and we knew it was his time. We opted to go here instead of driving the 20 miles to our normal vet. Before going I called. They were beyond compassionate on the phone and offered to set up a room and help us transfer when we arrived. They walked us through the process and pet cremation. Putting our dog to sleep was difficult. As we walked out there wasn't a dry eye in the building including the staff. Due to our dogs condition we had to bring him on his bed. A staff member washed it for us following his passing. We also received a bereavement card a week later with handwritten condolences by the staff. We truly are so thankful they were there for us in our time of need.
